When you receive a complimentary vacation certificate, you can redeem it for a hotel stay, resort vacation, cruise or other items like electronic devices and other discount memberships. You’ll only need to cover taxes and resort fees (if applicable), and any optional upgrades you choose.

Do I have to attend a timeshare presentation?

No! Go Vacation Club vacations never require timeshare presentations or sales pitches. You can simply book your vacation and enjoy it stress-free.

What’s included in the vacation stay?

Your vacation certificate typically covers your hotel or resort accommodations. Meals, transportation, and resort fees (if applicable) are not included.

What destinations are available?

You’ll have access to hundreds of luxury resort destinations worldwide and thousands of hotels, including beach resorts, mountain getaways, and city escapes. Availability depends on travel dates and destination choices. Here are some of the destinations available!

What type of resorts will I stay at?

How long do I have to use my vacation certificate?

Most vacation certificates are valid for 12-24 months from the date of registration. Be sure to check the expiration date when you receive your certificate and register before it expires.

Can I transfer my vacation certificate to someone else?

Yes! You can gift your vacation certificate to a friend or family member, making it a great gift or incentive. As a Go Vacation Club memeber, you can give away an unlimited number of certificates.

Are there blackout dates?

Some peak travel dates may have limited availability, but in most cases, you’ll have plenty of options to choose from year-round. The more advanced booking you make, the more choices you have.

How do I book my vacation?

You’ll receive a redemption link and instructions to book your stay. Simply follow the steps to secure your trip. You'll be able to book completly online or by phone.

Are flights included?

Flights are not included in most vacation certificates, but there are some offers include airfare & hotel bundles.

Can I upgrade my accommodations?
